When I was 15 years old I got my hands on my first Mac. A MacBook Pro with OS X 10.6. The simplicity and coherent experience made me switch from Windows to the Apple ecosystem. I always thought that I’d work in the computer industry but I quickly became very passionate of everything Apple.
I was excited to hear that I was allowed to start at Lab9, an Apple Premium Reseller in Belgium as a repair technician. Helping people with their Apple devices felt more as a hobby than a job. During the 5 years I was employed at Lab9, I became responsible for all Mac and iOS related repairs of the store in Roeselare as well as the management of RMA and DOA products from various suppliers for the 5 Lab9 stores. From time to time I helped the sales team within the store as well and I worked with our Store Manager to ensure that our store met all requirements for store audits.
After 5 years I wanted to broaden my skillset. I joined the service team of Online Grafics (the parent company of Lab9) helping them with Mac and iOS repairs whilst also gaining experience with Apple MDM, ZuluDesk, JAMF, Windows Server, Kerio, Fortigate, Ruckus, Sophos and much more. I also became responsible for the IT of the 5 Lab9 stores.

In 2016 Lab9 Roeselare (the store where I was employed at the time) was granted the titel of Apple Premium Service Provider which indicates that our service met the high standards that Apple sets to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. In 2017 we extended the titel of Apple Premium Service Provider which indicates that our service continued to meet the high standards that Apple set to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. More specifically our Service Excellence score came in at 97% and our overall Customer Satisfaction at 93.5%.
